CELINA – SWBC Real Estate LLC acquired 24 acres at Legacy Dr. and Frontier Pkwy. for a new apartment community.
Called Royalton at Creeks of Legacy, the community will have a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, dog park, and outdoor gathering areas.
SWBC will build 540 apartments in two phases. The first will include 270 units.
Construction starts in second quarter 2022 and will take two years to complete.
Cross Architects designed the community.
