DALLAS – Integrity Marketing Group is leasing six floors totaling 100,000 sf in the Fountain Place tower on Ross Ave.
Between 300 and 400 employees will be housed in the new offices when they open in the spring.
The move comes just after owner Goddard Investment Group spent $70 million redeveloping the landmark tower.
Corgan is designing the headquarters. CBRE handled lease negotiations.
