ROSENBERG – SuperNova Furniture is opening a 40,000-sf store at Brazos Town Center, NewQuest Properties’ 550-acre mixed-use development.
The store, which was formerly occupied by Gordman’s, will open this fall. The lease term is ten years.
The lease pushes the property’s retail occupancy rate to 98 percent.
