FORT WORTH – SBAB Realty has acquired the former W.I. Cook Memorial Hospital with plans to redevelop the site.
Opened in 1929 as a general hospital, the 89,632-sf, three-story building is at 1212 West Lancaster Ave. in the Upper West Side.
The building has been vacant in recent years. Transwestern Real Estate Services brokered the sale.
