DALLAS – Woodside Bridle Path Apartments, a 311-unit complex at 13660 C F Hawn Fwy., has been sold to a local investment group.
Built in 1982, the community was 87 percent occupied at the time of sale.
The new owners are implementing a large value-add program and rebranding the asset.
Wellington Realty brokered the sale.
