WALLER – Bold Fox Development has partnered with HistoryMaker Homes, Chesmar Homes, and Empire Communities to purchase 470 acres for an agrarian-inspired residential community.
The tract is along SH 290, FM 362 and Owens Rd. and was sold by the Wood family.
The community will offer approximately 1,200 homes.
