SAN ANTONIO – The NRP Group and the San Antonio Housing Authority are developing two workforce housing projects.
Frontera Crossing at the intersection of Watson and Somerset Roads will have 348 units. Seven07 Lofts at 707 SE Loop 410 will have 318 units.
Both projects will have one- to four-bedroom units. Rents will range from $475 to $1,300 per month.
Amenities will include pools, fitness centers, and common spaces.
Construction on both properties begins mid-May and will be complete by March 2023.
Macina, Bose, Copeland & Associates Inc. is the engineer, and Muñoz & Co. is the architect.
