MESQUITE – Ridgeline Capital Partners purchased the 65,000-sf, three-story Physicians Specialty Center in a joint venture with Harrison Street.
The center was built in 2019 on 5.2 acres at 3400 I-30.
The building is 66 percent leased with 22,000 sf available for lease.
