IRVING – Alesio Urban Center, a 900-unit rental community at 385 E. Las Colinas Blvd., has been sold.
Built starting in 1987, the 17-acre property is within the Las Colinas Urban Center. It has been owned by a Chicago investor since 2014.
Rents range from near $800 to $2,700 a month.
The buyer was represented by Harbor Group International. The purchase was financed with a $117.6 million loan from KREF Lending.
