FORT WORTH – An out-of-state 1031 exchange investor has purchased Golden Heights Business Park, a 48,000-sf industrial flex property.
Built in 2017, the property consists of four buildings that were fully occupied at the time of sale.
Colliers International represented the seller, a private investor.
