HOUSTON – A partnership between ABE Richmond LLC and Pinnacle West LLC purchased a 142,000-sf office building from locally-based Miracles Inc.
The asset is on 8.3 acres along Richmond Ave. within Westchase Business Park.
Montgomery-based West Star Marketing Group brokered the deal.
