BELLAIRE – Rycore Capital has purchased Bellaire Medical Plaza from Ridgeline Capital Partners.
The three-story, 58,517-sf medical office building is at 5320 Dashwood Dr. within the Texas Medical Center. It is 88 percent-leased to tenants including UT Physicians, Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, and Harris Health System.
The sale included 3.7 acres for future development.
JLL represented the seller and procured the buyer.
