FORT WORTH – Jess Hall’s Serendipity, a seasoning and spices company, has signed an industrial lease for 40,050 sf within the Suffolk Business Park.
The 116,000-sf project at 2951 Suffolk Dr. consists of four multitenant light industrial buildings.
Transwestern represented Jess Hall’s Serendipity while Holt Lunsford represented the landlord, DFW SB Industrial.
