NEW CANEY – Locally based Signorelli Co. has updated site plans for a 200-acre medical campus within the firm’s Valley Ranch master-planned community.
The Valley Ranch Medical District will have a 25-acre regional hospital with over 250 beds, 13.7-acre medical school campus, and 21-acre medical research facility.
A day surgery, pediatric clinic, and approximately 28 acres devoted to medical offices will be included as well.
The development will also have retail, restaurants, and academic buildings.
Site work begins within the next 120 days.
