Taylor Morrison, Pulte Homes building 1,376 homes in McKinney

​​McKINNEY – Taylor Morrison and Pulte Homes are building Highland Lakes, a 1,376-home master-planned community.

The project will be o​​​​​​n 450 acres between Bloomdale Rd. and FM 1461. 

Taylor Morrison will offer​ 15 floor plans r​anging from 1,650 to 3,450 sf. Pulte Homes will offer 11 floor plans ranging from 1,690 to 3,600 sf. 

The first of multiple phases will consist of 229 one- and two-story homes starting in the low $300,000s.

Construction starts in April. Model homes will open by fall 2022.
