SCHERTZ – Phelan-Bennet Development has broken ground on a 170,000-sf warehouse at 17670 Four Oaks Ln.
Construction on the building shell will be complete this year.
Pape-Dawson Engineers Inc., R.C. Page Construction, and Carlile Coatsworth Architects formed the project team.
