FORT WORTH – FW Waterside Office LLC has sold 4060 Bryant Irvin Rd., a two-story, Class A office building, to a local investor.
Located within the 63-acre Waterside lifestyle center, the 28,000-sf property is within walking distance of the Trinity Trails System.
Transwestern negotiated the deal.
Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers, the building’s tenant, will remain in its current location.
