HOUSTON – Miami-based Elandis has purchased Waters at Westchase, a 260-unit apartment community at 11490 Harwin Dr.
Built in 1979, the asset includes one- and two-bedroom units.
Elandis purchased the asset in a joint venture with M&G Investments and Libra Group.
The new ownership will implement a value-add program.
