HEATH – Younger Partners Investments has acquired Heath Town Center, a 77,699-sf shopping center.
Completed in 2019, the center is on ten acres at Laurence Dr. and FM 549.
It is 98 percent leased and anchored by Tom Thumb.
JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Malouf Interests.
