BRENHAM – Houston-based Baker Katz has partnered with the city to develop Brenham Crossing, a 163,518-sf retail project.
The development will be on 50 acres at US 290 and Chappell Hill Rd. in Brenham, about 75 miles northwest of Houston.
Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, Five Below, PetSmart, and Burkes Outlet have already signed leases at the center, which will open in 2022.
