GARLAND – Lightstone has acquired a four-building, 649,361-sf warehouse and distribution facility at 4040 Forest Ln.
Built in 1960 and renovated in 2016, the facility has clear heights ranging from 12 to 40 ft, 40 loading docks, 18 overhead doors, six drive-in doors, and substantial parking.
The 47-acre property is 97 percent leased to five tenants.
JLL placed $14.4 million in acquisition financing through RGA Reinsurance Co. for the buyer.
