DALLAS – Stonelake Capital will develop The Trinity, the 490-unit third phase of the 25-acre Trinity Green residential district.
The five-story building will be on five acres and have two pools, clubrooms, a fitness center, coworking spaces, and access to a one-acre park.
Construction begins during the second quarter.
