WACO – Time Manufacturing Co. has completed a sale-leaseback for two facilities totaling 440,177 sf in Waco and Bethlehem, Penn.
According to RealtyTrac, the facility at 7601 Imperial Dr. totals 182,529 sf.
Cushman & Wakefield represented Time Manufacturing Company in the negotiation. W.P. Carey will be the new landlord.
