AUSTIN – JEM Holdings has purchased The Monroe, a 223-unit apartment community at 2509 Montopolis Dr.
The property, which is currently under construction, offers one- and two-bedroom units.
Amenities include a pool, clubhouse, business center, dog park, fitness center, and Amazon package system.
Newmark represented the seller, Stillwater Capital.
