ADDISON – Cherry Coatings has acquired the former Inwood Soccer Center at 14801 Inwood Rd. for its corporate headquarters.
The 56,000-sf office and warehouse building will house 75 corporate workers.
The renovations will include a training room and indoor break room. The white domed portion will be used for recreational activities.
NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the sale.
BOKA Powell redesigned the buildings. McCarthy Building Cos. is the general contractor.
Construction starts in early 2021. Move-in is set for the fall.
