McKINNEY – Draper and Kramer has purchased Adriatica Senior Living, a 121-unit rental community for active seniors.
Located at 375 Adriatica Pkwy., the community is part of Adriatica Village, a mixed-use development modeled after a Croatian fishing village.
The community has one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities include a courtyard gazebo, dog park, movie theater, game room, dining hall, business center, pool, and fitness center.
