AUSTIN – New York-based Bluerock has acquired two Texas multifamily complexes from Gamma Real Estate.
Elan Apartment Homes at 13145 N. SH 183 has 270 one- and two-bedroom units. Rents range from $950 to $1,415 per month.
Parmer Place at 12101 Dessau Rd. offers 290 one- to three-bedroom units. Rents range from $1,306 to $1,796 per month.
Both properties include a pool, pet park, fitness center, clubhouse, and business center.
Bluerock also acquired a 266-unit apartment complex in Morrisville, N.C., as part of the portfolio.
