SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Housing Authority (SAHA) and Lynd Co. are building a 360-unit mixed-income apartment community at the southeast corner of Loop 1604 and Potranco Rd.
The $50.7 million project will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 533 to 1,345 sf. Rents will range from $810 to $1,547.
Residents earning less than 30 percent of the area median income will pay less than that.
Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, and fitness center.
This is SAHA’s third partnership with Lynd, who will develop, market, lease, and manage the complex.
Santikos Enterprises LLC has owned the property for years.
