PASADENA – Memphis, Tenn.-based Dunavant Distribution Group has signed a 784,000-sf industrial lease in the Bay Area Business Park.
Dunavant will consolidate its operations into Building 10 at 10629 Red Bluff Rd. Previously, the company worked out of several locations within the park.
Bay Area Business Park is owned by Des Moines, Iowa-based Principal Real Estate Investors. Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners completed the park, which was under development since 2007, in June.
Houston-based Powers Brown Architecture designed the project, and Katy-based Rosenberger Construction was the general contractor.
