GRAND PRAIRIE – Optimal Elite Management LLC has purchased a 63,000-sf office and warehouse in the Great Southwest Industrial Park.
The two-story facility is on 9.5 acres at 2601 Pinewood Dr.
The seller, Breg Inc., will continue to occupy the site through a six-month sale-leaseback. Optimal Elite will relocate in June.
The company will create 50 jobs when it ramps up production.
Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented Optimal while CBRE represented the seller.
