BROWNSVILLE – Phoenix Investors has acquired the 1.04 million-sf former Titan International Inc. tire plant at 6700 Paredes Line Rd.
Built in 1997, the 108-acre property was converted into a multitenant asset in 2003.
Newmark represented Titan in the sale.
