LEWISVILLE – EastGroup Properties Inc. is adding to its Creekview 121 industrial and office center along SH 121.
The two new buildings will total 145,000 sf.
Designed by Method Architecture, the development is set to kick off in early 2021.
EastGroup started the 28-acre project in 2015 and has already developed eight buildings.
