TEXARKANA – TexAmericas Center has broken ground on a 150,000-sf speculative building within its 12,000-acre industrial park.
The multitenant building will be on 24 acres. It will have 32-ft clear heights, one dock door per 5,000 sf, and two drive-in doors.
Completion is set for summer 2021.
