GALVESTON – Houston-based Wan Bridge is building Palm Bay, the island’s first build-to-rent community in the Bayside at Waterman housing development.
Palm Bay will have 94 single-family detached homes and 20 condominiums.
It will have three- and four-bedroom options with 2.5 bathrooms and living areas spanning 1,600 to 1,800 sf.
