IRVING – Neighborly Brands is opening its second headquarters building at 500 E. John Carpenter Fwy.
The eight-story, 34,000-sf office will open in early 2021. It will house more than 200 full-time workers by the end of 2026.
Koa Partners is the landlord. Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease.
