SAN ANTONIO – Bexar County is planning a 30,000-sf workforce training facility at the 1,308-acre Brooks mixed-use community.
The facility will include a high-bay robotics and training lab, multipurpose rooms, classrooms, computer labs, support offices, and conference spaces.
The Texas Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education will operate the center. It will train potential employees for manufacturers such as Toyota and Navistar.
The total project budget will be $13.15 million.
