AUSTIN – Rastegar Property Company has acquired 5412 S. Congress Ave., the third and final property in its South Congress assemblage.
Other properties in the acquisition are at 5402 S. Congress Ave. and 106 Red Bird Ln.
The assets will make way for a 155-unit multifamily complex.
