DALLAS – An affiliate of Omaha, Neb.-based Tetrad Property Group has purchased the Preston Trail Atrium.
The two-story, 122,000-sf office is at 17330 Preston Rd. near Preston Trail Country Club.
Seller Quadrant Investment Properties LLC had owned the property since 2013.
The acquisition was financed with a loan from Affiliated Bank of Arlington.
