DALLAS – Justin Li has purchased Bella Vista Park from locally based AmeriCan Multifamily Alliance Group.
The 158-unit multifamily community at 2700 N. Buckner Blvd. was 98 percent occupied at the time of sale.
CBRE represented the seller.
The new owner will implement interior and exterior upgrades to the asset.
