SAN ANTONIO – Goodwill Industries of San Antonio Inc. has purchased the 124,500-sf former Walmart store at 7702 N. I-35.
The company will turn the facility into an operations center and outlet store. Move in is set for December 2021.
Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, Buffet Palace Westgate Inc. JLL represented Goodwill.
The new location will replace Goodwill’s current space at 4810 Eisenhauer Rd.
