MESQUITE – E-commerce retailer 1000Bulbs.com has leased 203,040 sf of warehouse space in Urban District 30.
Stream Realty Partners represented both the tenant and the landlord, Dallas-based Urban Logistics Realty.
Urban District 30 is at the northeast intersection of I-30 and I-635.
At buildout, the Class A business park will consist of five buildings totaling 977,000 sf. Delivery is set for fourth quarter 2020.
