SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Housing Authority and Franklin Development are developing 100 Labor, a mixed-use development on Cesar E. Chavez Blvd. and Labor St.
The project will have 213 residential units, two swimming pools, and an outdoor plaza space.
Construction begins in the next couple of months.
Alamo Architects designed the project.
