DALLAS – Atlanta-based Core 5 Industrial Partners is building a 994,000-sf shipping hub on Logistics Dr. near Lancaster.
The $45 million project is being built for Illinois-based Kehe Distributers LLC.
It will be within the Core 5 Logistics Center at Bonnie View.
