MIDLAND – A 19,547-sf medical office building at 2500 W. Illinois Ave. has been sold.
Built in 1955, the multitenant project underwent a full rebuild in 2003.
It is anchored by the Midland Women’s Clinic. Other tenants include Cook Children’s Clinic and LabCorp.
Marcus & Millichap brokered the deal.
