HOUSTON – Dart Interests has unveiled renovations and new office leases at its 320,000-sf Republic Square development at 13501 Katy Fwy.
The project was damaged in 2017 following reservoir releases after Hurricane Harvey.
The main lobby and 20,000 sf of executive space were renovated. All of the building mechanical systems were replaced.
Dart added a conference room, training facility, and fitness center with spa-like locker rooms.
NAI Partners represented Dart in three new leases:

GATE Energy leased 24,302 sf at Republic Square for its local headquarters. It will move in November. NAI represented the tenant.

Sparkhound leased 4,533 sf and will move in September. It was represented by Savills.

Samsung, represented by Luxe Executive Group, signed a 3,974-sf lease.
