Dart relaunches Republic Square project

​​HOUSTON – ​​Dart Interests has unveiled renovations and new office leases at its 320,000-sf Republic Square development at 13501 Katy Fwy.

The project was damaged in 2017 following reservoir releases after Hurricane Har​vey.

The main lobby and 20,000 sf of executive​ space were renovated. All of the building mechanical systems were replaced.

Dart added a conference room, training facility, and fitness center with spa-like locker rooms. 

NAI Partners represented Dart in three new leases:

  • GATE Energy leased 24,302 sf at Republic Square for its local headquarters. It will move in November. NAI represented the tenant.

  • Sparkhound leased 4,533 sf and will move in September. It was represented by Savills.

  • Samsung, represented by Luxe Executive Group, signed a 3,974-sf lease.
