GRAND PRAIRIE – Mohr Capital has sold I-20 Crossing, a 400,000-sf industrial warehouse facility, to Boston-based TA Realty.
Built in 2003 at 2155 W. I-20, the Class A facility has 32-ft clear heights, four drive-in doors, and 86 loading docks with bumpers and levelers.
TA represented themselves. CBRE represented the seller, which had owned the property for 13 years.
