AUSTIN – Auctane LLC will become The Grove at Shoal Creek‘s first office tenant.
The company will occupy 105,385 sf at 4301 Bull Creek Rd.
Endeavor Real Estate Group brokered the lease.
The Grove is a 76-acre mixed-use project by ARG Bull Creek Ltd., a joint venture between MileStone Community Builders and Castletop Capital.
