DALLAS – Toronto-based Dream Unlimited Corp. and Denver-based Pauls Corp. have purchased a five-property, 1,200-unit multifamily portfolio for $178 million.
The communities, a combined 95 percent leased, include:

Fieldcrest Apartments at 4747 N. Josey Ln. in Carrollton;

Tall Timbers Apartments at 501 Sycamore Ln. in Euless;

Villas at Waterchase at 165 N. Old Orchard Ln. in Lewisville; and

Abbey at Vista Ridge Apartments at 350 E. Vista Ridge Mall Dr. in Lewisville.
The seller was Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust.
