AUSTIN – A partnership between Rosewood Property Co. and Trinsic Residential Group is developing the 339-unit Aura Avery Ranch apartment community.
The 16.1-acre complex at 13100 Avery Ranch Blvd. will have one- to three-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, dog park, and clubhouse.
The first units will be available by spring 2021. Construction will be complete in 2022.
